Many dancers know the feeling: you attend a workshop, feel inspired for a weekend, and then return home unsure how to continue.
You learn movements, but not always the system behind them.
You collect information from different teachers, festivals and methods, but still miss direction, repetition, feedback and continuity.
Some dancers feel stuck.
Some teachers feel unsupported.
Some people want to go deeper but do not know where to start.
And many passionate dancers simply need more than one weekend, one course or one event to truly absorb, repeat, understand and transform what they learn.
At Carlos & Fernanda, we wanted to change that.
That is why we created the Carlos & Fernanda Institute: a complete educational environment designed to make your development more connected, more flexible and more supported throughout the year.
Joining the Carlos & Fernanda Institute means much more than enrolling in one course.
It means becoming part of a complete 12-Month Unlimited Professional Development Journey designed to support your growth as a dancer, teacher or future community leader.
Your journey begins from the moment you join the Institute and continues for the following twelve months. You can enter at any point of the year and start participating in the next available Institute experiences, whether they are online, in person, live or recorded.
During your active 12-month participation, you will have unlimited access to the Institute programs, trainings, educational resources and member activities included in your development journey.
Many of our core trainings are offered more than once throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to experience them live, revisit them, repeat them and continue improving. If you are unable to attend a training in person, you can continue learning through online resources whenever available, or join the next in-person edition during your active Institute journey.
This structure allows you to learn with more freedom, more clarity and less pressure.
You do not need to worry about joining “too late” or missing your only chance. The Institute was created to accompany your development throughout the year, giving you access to continuous learning, mentorship, community and professional guidance at your own pace.

For years, we have listened to dancers, teachers and community leaders sharing similar frustrations.
They want to grow, but they do not always know what the next step should be.
They want to improve their technique, but they need more structure.

They want to repeat, review and truly understand, but most trainings only happen once and then disappear.
