ZOUK RETREAT PART 1: ZOUK, CONNECTION, AND RENEWAL AT AN ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT
In our journey, we will immerse ourselves in a charming retreat, away from the worries of the world, at a cozy Farm Hotel in the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro that will be our home for three days of pure connection and renewal. Here, we will awaken to the gentle sounds of nature, immersed in an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity, away from the concerns of the world, able to connect with dance, new connections, and nature.
In this first part of our retreat, in addition to the wonderful Zouk classes, we offer social dance sessions, where participants can practice and improve their skills in a relaxed and friendly environment. And for moments of relaxation, the pool parties are moments of celebration, dance, and fun. Additionally, we will have Portuguese lessons for those who wish to immerse themselves in the local culture.
We will explore the charms of the farm, getting to know the wildlife that inhabits its surroundings, relaxing by lakesides, and diving into refreshing pools.
A large portion of the food and beverages we consume are grown and prepared on the farm itself, providing an authentic and delicious gastronomic experience. You will be able to enjoy meals and drinks at the various restaurants throughout the farm resort, making each moment at the table a true celebration of local cuisine. And for those who enjoy a drink, don't miss trying the delicious local drinks, which are also included in your full pass.
In addition to the Rio Zouk Retreat schedule, you will have access to a variety of activities offered by the resort, including live music, farm tours, and more. It's a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, with other participants, and with the nature surrounding us.
We emphasize that all these activities, accommodation, and meals are included in the Full Passes of Zouk Retreat participants. In other words, you will have unlimited access to all classes, social events, and pool parties, ensuring a complete and enriching experience throughout the event.

ZOUK RETREAT PART 2: ZOUK IN THE HEART OF RIO DE JANEIRO, COPACABANA
During five intense days, we will immerse ourselves in the captivating and authentic atmosphere of Rio de Janeiro, in Copacabana.
In addition to our Zouk classes and practices, an essential part of our retreat, we will explore local Zouk dance nights, dancing with the natives of Rio de Janeiro and creating unique connections with the city's dance community.
Our days in Copacabana will be filled with small parties happening all over the beach, where live music will invite us to dance under the radiant sun and enjoy and refresh with a caipirinha or a coconut water.
We cannot forget that we will take several wonderful tours, especially boat tours, an exciting adventure that will take us to exotic beaches with crystal-clear waters and panoramic views of the Christ the Redeemer and the Sugarloaf Mountain, and various incredible icons of the marvelous city.
Throughout the retreat, you will be guided by amazing instructors who will not only teach the art of Zouk but also inspire personal growth and transformation. With their exceptional skill and passion for teaching, Furthermore, the classes will be exclusively for our group of 30 people, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to learn much more and exclusively with the talented local instructors.
