We will have an intensive weekend, diving deep into the techniques, theory, and practice of counterbalance, and exploring all the nuances of this form of dance.

Learn to use counterbalance in a technical and elegant way, connecting movements smoothly and gracefully. Discover how to perform different exits and entries, connecting one counterbalance to another harmoniously and effortlessly.

This Zouk Lab will be a complete immersion in counterbalance, providing you with all the necessary tools to dance with elegance and grace. And don't forget: upon completion of the immersion, each participant will receive an official certificate of participation signed by Carlos and Fernanda.
